When you need a quick dessert

Not bad. I don't like keeping cakes, pastries and other tempting foods in the house. But sometimes you want something sweet. This is perfect for me as I don't want to bake a whole box of brownie mix and I don't want to bake something for 30 minutes. Interestingly, the instructions are at the bottom of the red cake pan. In terms of usage, it is quite simple, but there are two remarks (1) the oil level line is almost at the top of the gauge box, which is different from the description picture and YouTube video shown, and (2) there is no need to lubricate the pan. After microwaving for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, I trimmed the edges and inverted onto a plate. Let them cool for about 5 minutes as they will be too hot to eat and too soft to slice without pressing on them as you slice. The brownies are "regular" and will satisfy your sweet tooth, but the speed of microwave cooking has its downsides: you don't get an actual brownie or crispy corners, the texture is a bit more cake-like, and it only makes four brownies (you can cut less). Topping the brownies with ice or dusting with powdered sugar after they've cooled will make them a lot more appealing if you're worried about that. A box of brownie mix should make two servings.

Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
