I received my unit a few days ago, and the programming setup was fairly simple. My channels come in clearer than they do without the unit. My issue, like many of the other reviewers, is the instructions. I do not understand why a company would sell this product without better instructions. I did not find a support number and have not figured out how to add more than one scheduled program to record, have not found a simple way to play recordings (where is the Hold button on the remote, do you mean the Pause button?) plus there are other questions too. A few simple youtube videos to answer these questions would help your seller ratings which in turn could boost your sales. It is 2018, the time for poor printed instructions is over.
