Cloud patches appeared out of nowhere a few days after installation

Service was ok, arrived on time. The size and quality of the product is good, it fits the IntelliLink screen in my Sierra Denali almost perfectly. I really wish it would work, it's a great idea and I really liked how it looked after I installed it. BUT mine had a fatal error, maybe it was just mine, I don't know. What I do know for sure is that I'm just as mentally ill as anyone you've ever known. I followed the installation instructions exactly. The product looked amazing and perfect after being installed for 2-3 days and then 4 random "cloudy" spots appeared out of nowhere that looked like big grease spots from a thumb. Tried cleaning it with a new microfiber cloth and a good quality window cleaner; nothing happened, muddy spots remained. I left it on my IntelliLink screen for another 3-4 days thinking maybe it was overheating or maybe condensation? No, there was nothing behind it and the mud spots were still there, no worse but no better, so I carefully removed the thing from my navigation screen and attempted to clean, rub and polish the mud spots on both sides of the thing. Bad luck, the stains are still there. The muddy patches appear inside the shield as if it were two pieces molded together and somehow some chemical reaction took place that delaminated or discolored it, complete crap! Again, I followed the directions to the "T" and spent nearly 30 minutes installing this and prepping the IntelliLink screen to make sure it was free of smudges, debris, oily fingerprints, dust, nothing. It looked perfect for the first 2-3 days with no bubbles, air pockets or anything like that. My passengers loved it when I showed it to them after I just installed it. They thought it was cool and asked how they could get one for their Escalade and Denali. I haven't spoken to them yet to find out if they have theirs installed or not, but if they have, I'm crossing my fingers like crazy that they were luckier than me and that I didn't accidentally turn them into a waste have time and money.
