I really liked this article. It doesn't seem like much at first, but I found it a great help to my neck after spending a day hunched over a keyboard. I'm warning you (as the instructions warned) that you can't fall asleep on it. It's real wood and hard, so it puts pressure on the hard parts of the body that rest on it, such as the large cervical vertebrae or the "corners" at the base of the skull. Use it according to your comfort level. As a final note, the one I bought was large - don't take it if you're 6ft or under. Anyway, I've found mine very useful and use it almost every day.
