I bought it anyway because I knew (from reviews) that the head is free on arrival because it's a low price and also because the photo instructions in the previous comment made it easier to get it to repair and strengthen. Otherwise it is good for skin care. It leaves no visible marks or damage on the skin. Therefore the quality matches the price minus one star for the necessary correction upon arrival.
