Great organizer! The plastic is thick, the baffles are adjustable but not removable. They're pretty hard to move (maybe because they're new) but I think that's a good thing since you don't want them to move after you've installed them. Bought to hold my Gundam/Gunpla model plastic rails. That way it would be more organized and wouldn't have skids everywhere and take up space. The photo shows a partition with skids in 1/144 scale.
