Can't beat them on price BUT you have to do some simple mods. Seriously, they're super bright and for only $40 you really can't complain too much. So here's what I did. I checked the functionality when unpacking it. Both work. I started looking at them. Of the 4 screws holding the lens, only 1 was tightened, the other 3 I loosened by pushing with my finger, no tools required. Both lights were like this. They have a silicone gasket under the lens. I applied BLUE Medium Sealant to the screws and tightened them by hand. I mean until the screw stopped with my fingers and then added a quarter turn with an allen wrench. I then took clear RTV sealant and went around the gap where the lens cover meets the case. And where do the cables go? You don't have an airway. Hopefully these measures will prevent moisture ingress. Because here in Texas it can go from the dry desert to wet Florida in one day.
