Just follow the instructions and they will fit perfectly.
I've read a lot of reviews saying the tabs broke off when they were put in place. If you follow the instructions, they shouldn't break. Insert the larger tab first, or gently push the front piece forward and into the light until it snaps into place. These are perfect for the money. Works with standard light assembly, no LED required.
