This product is easy to use and it works! I was unhappy that my granite wasn't shiny and smooth in my new home and really thought I would have to pay too much money to have them sealed. I read the reviews of Black Diamond products and decided to call and speak to someone from the company just like the other reviewer. I explained my problem to a very nice person who answered the phone and he said I should use this product. When it arrived I was excited to try it. I cleared my counters and started. I sprayed a section and wiped it off with a soft cloth. I kept going until all the counters were done. The counters got shinier, water came out and they looked way better! The product has a slight odor which might be an issue for me but it didn't bother me. My only caution is to avoid overspray. I had something on the floor and I wiped it off immediately. This made my floor very slippery in that area. I believe as long as your counters aren't shiny or water dripping, you'll be happy with this product. I have found that I have to reapply it about every 3 weeks. I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it.
