I like that we can customize our reports by using custom fields which then pulls in data from 3rd party apps or other sources (SAP/Oracle).
We are able do use it with any ERP system - Salesforce could be added as an additional source when needed at no extra cost! If you're looking out there just now this may not seem exciting but once your project begins its worth every penny spent if things dont work well right off they will needlessly drag down production times etc.. Just make sure all parties involved know what's being done beforehand so everyone knows how easy everything should go afterwards too :) Automation has saved us TONS over time compared before ketiva was created where manual labor took days instead only hours!!
