I bought it for my husband, somehow technically illiterate. He loves to. He thinks it's easy and simple. He was surprised by all the features but probably won't use half of them. He is also hard of hearing. I thought he would have to use the speakerphone most of the time but to my surprise he only used it when he was outside. Please note that you do not use the supplied SIM card holders as most SIM cards fit directly into them. It was a bit tough, but it finally worked. I wish there were more informational videos on YouTube.
