Unlocked Seniors Uleway Button Elderly Cell Phones & Accessories Review

Tried several times to insert a memory card. A tiny metal bar (see photo - right above the memory card in the picture) is set too low and is blocking the insertion of the chip. After trying to insert the memory chip for half an hour, it turned out that the metal rod was blocking the slot. The phone is back. I ordered a replacement - the memory chip fits, but the new phone doesn't recognize the SIM card.

Bought for my husband's father 92 years old. Stopped working after 4 months. A company that doesn't stand behind its product. I bought an extended replacement warranty but a few weeks went by with no results. I had to buy my dad a new phone so he could call for help when he needed it. This time it went straight to AT&T. We got the help we needed. I do not recommend this phone or the seller.

I bought it for my husband, somehow technically illiterate. He loves to. He thinks it's easy and simple. He was surprised by all the features but probably won't use half of them. He is also hard of hearing. I thought he would have to use the speakerphone most of the time but to my surprise he only used it when he was outside. I bought this cell phone as a gift for my elderly father. It was exactly what he was looking for, with a flip clasp to avoid making unnecessary calls. I ordered this phone for my 95 year old father on March 22, 2021 as his previous AT&T cell phone needed a new battery identical to this phone. (The local AT&T store couldn't help us with a battery change or a flip phone to replace his old one.) This red phone worked fine, but after a few weeks it stopped working because AT&T stopped supporting 3G phones . It has big numbers and a big screen, which is nice. It's also too late to return it and I'm not sure if it can't even be resold. What a waste
