I ordered this phone for my 95 year old father on March 22, 2021 as his previous AT&T cell phone needed a new battery identical to this phone. (The local AT&T store couldn't help us with a battery change or a flip phone to replace his old one.) This red phone worked fine, but after a few weeks it stopped working because AT&T stopped supporting 3G phones . It has big numbers and a big screen, which is nice. It's also too late to return it and I'm not sure if it can't even be resold. What a waste of money! Meanwhile, AT&T sent him a new flip phone without notice and billed him for it. This is how AT&T talks to customers!
