The stand arrived very quickly and in great condition. I was impressed even before I opened the box. The first thing I liked was the size of the box it came in. I know he must have been small. It's a BIG thing when you're on the road with shows like we are. When I then opened the box and found it in such a beautiful tote bag, I was even more impressed. I've never seen a stand built exactly like this, but without the instructions I put it together in no time. That's wonderful. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one two days after it arrived. Got a second one and I like it too. But then they tell you that. It's not bad, but we had to find a way to deal with it. We did it and it works great. I'll post pics when we go to our first show with him in two weeks. Let's face it, going 12 feet in the air without sagging is next to impossible. So I have no problem giving this product 5 stars. Great product and great price with great service.
