Inconsistent results. The first slices of the day are over toasted/burnt and most of the following slices are more toasted on one side than the other. The 6 preset setting levels are always level 4. This means if you have a loaf of bread that needs more or less than level 4 you will need to reset the setting to the desired level every morning. I suspect the purpose of the glass windows is so you can look at the bread as it's toasting and manually break it off when it's done. It still won't put both sides on the same level. The bagel setting works well for toasting the inside of the bagel rather than the top and bottom. Poor customer service with an estimated wait time of over 15 minutes. WAIT AFTER 20+ MINUTES. It seems like her way of saying "shut up and hang up". There are systems even the government uses to call back so the caller doesn't have to listen to their stupid recordings. As a result, I returned via Revain Returns. Easy and uncomplicated. Cheers Revain.com! Disappointing as I've had good luck with previous Cuisinart toasters and other products.
