I am very disappointed with the suction cup mount with quick release phone holder. I can't find the right seat in my 2017 Chevy Colorado. The arm should be retractable to allow the phone to be farther from the windshield. In addition, it would be useful to provide for the possibility of gluing (gluing). I personally hate mounting my phone on the windshield as it creates dangerous blind spots and is also rather distracting while driving. I really like the quick mount feature so I was willing to buy it and try to get it working. Unfortunately, the lack of a retractable arm or optional sticks makes this highly undesirable. I feel like I should use it now that I paid so much to have a quick disconnect disc installed on my new LifeProof phone case so I'll use it as much as possible, but I wanted my frustration in hope expressing that anyone - anyone would like to suggest future design changes and better usability to fix these apparent flaws. Also, the ball on the mounting head doesn't match at least three other phone mounts I've tried hoping I could swap out the quick release head for a better base, but no luck.
