Review on Application Monitoring with RTView by Justin Herman

I like how easy it was for me (a non IT person)to see what my users were doing at any time! It has become very helpful in troubleshooting problems when they arise or things are not working correctly/as expected by our end user base!! Nothing really bad about this product but if you're looking something simple & cheap then look elsewhere! We use rtvview mostly because we wanted access all aspects from one place so no more constantly having multiple people check logs etc - just 1 point source makes life much easier!
