Very pleasantly surprised at the overall performance. I have an LG G3 and it works great with this mount. If you are unfamiliar with the G3 please note that it is very large and heavy, keep that in mind. Pros: * Fantastic suction cup. There is a thick layer of soft, sticky "gel" or rubber on the bottom to maintain full suction. The dashboard in my 2006 Dodge Charger is textured plastic, I was sure the weight of my phone combined with that would cause problems, but nothing so far. Also, I installed this in my car when it was just above freezing and still had no problems. * The neck is very stiff, it will not sag even with a heavy phone. * Spring loaded jaws are amazingly efficient. * A small piece of neck support can be very helpful in eliminating vibration if everything else is positioned correctly. Cons: * The plastic nut that tightens the swivel feels cheap. I'd say don't overtighten, but you have to really tighten for the swivel to snap into place. . I'm sure you can see from the photos how this can be a problem if you have it installed on your dash and need to tilt your phone up. Other: *Very difficult to insert or remove the phone with one hand. But it's better than falling out. *Also, jaws can cause problems if your phone has buttons on the side. position accordingly.
