honestly almost 5/5 product. beautiful, well designed, pretty good construction too. I have no idea what they were thinking, apart from the rotating neck and most importantly the ability to tilt the lamp head. The lamp head does not tilt. You can rotate it from all the way down to 180 degrees vertically up. But if you're going to use it for reading, no - it'll also face you, since you can't take it away from you. Or you might want it to reflect light onto the wall to create indirect light - no, again, no tilt. At least for me those are the only two things you would use them for - as pretty as they are and bright and well designed (I like the really subtle shade of orange, it looks quite modern) it's quite good in terms of usability useless . I bought it for my desk, then it went on the dresser and now on the hall table - it's no good. very frustrating. To me, this is a real flaw in this design and something of a fatal flaw.
