One of my hobbies involves fairly heavy use of a hand mixer. So much so that I end up blowing up the motors of literally EVERY blender I buy (of which there have been over 16 in the last 2 years). I think that in a way has allowed me to test a lot of hand mixers. push everyone to the limit. Here's what I can say about Mueller: You get what you pay for. • LOUD: Literally the loudest hand mixer I've ever owned. • FAST AGING: After about 20 uses, the blender made a kind of metallic grinding noise, as if the internal motor needed oil, which it didn't have. DIES FAST: Most of my blenders typically die between 3-4 months, with the best lasting close to 5 months. 6 months. This one died before ALL the other 18-20's I've had. only 5 weeks! Of course I used the blender for about 10-12 minutes every day, but still. For $65-$70 you get a much higher quality, quieter blender that will end up lasting twice as long.
