I managed to get a refund but the listing was misleading. The part number for this rollator, especially at this price point, is usually the entire box of 50. However, I got a nut. As I said, the seller was great and refunded my money, luckily I had enough time to find what I needed. So no harm in the end, but it's misleading, especially since it's specifically asked in the Q&A section (which the number 50 confirms).
