These pens are both a bit nimble. The PH meter has calibration issues but at least I can adjust and recheck it periodically. Oddly enough, it also sometimes starts reading at the other end of the spectrum, like 8.5, and then works <very slowly> down. When this happens I have to leave it running first, then turn it off and on again to test it again as only the second test can decide the actual PH and not keep pacing up and down. Bit odd but it works for patient people and I found the kit affordable. The TDS meter reads well and quickly, but it's not that easy to disable. I keep hitting the button, in different ways, and seemingly randomly, it finally responds when it wants to - I still haven't figured out how to get a good response.
