The possibilities are endless!

I bought this for my girlfriend who loves coffee and she wasn't convinced at first. I'll admit that there's something unmistakably trashy and even repulsive about his appearance. Everything about it screams "as seen on TV" and how you react to the Huckster will most likely determine your first impression of the AeroPress (the people who brought you the Aerobie Superdisc and the Flying Ring). But try this cheap thing! The proof is actually in the pudding, and once you overcome the initial learning curve (which is significant), you can be brewing the perfect cup of coffee in just minutes. The process my friend committed to is the following: 1) Boil 500ml of water (about half a liter). 2) Insert the plunger into the chamber and turn everything upside down. 3) Pour 2 teaspoons of coffee into the chamber. 4) Add water until you reach the "4" mark. ) Mix coffee and water. 6) Wet the paper filter, put it in the strainer, and then attach the strainer to the bottom of the chamber. 7) Sing a happy tune for 30 seconds or 2 minutes (the longer you wait, the stronger the drink will be). .8) Turn everything vertically at the top of the beaker.9) Slowly push the plunger (due to physical reasons this cannot be done quickly) until it reaches the bottom.10) Add a little more water to the beaker. Brew with whatever you like in coffee. 11) Have fun! If that sounds a little complicated, it is (at least it doesn't take long). Cleaning is even quicker: you pull out the filter, slide the plunger out of the chamber, and quickly rinse both devices with hot water. But just those Complexity for the amateur scientist and potential for nerdy experimentation is what makes AeroPress such a cult sensation - there's even an AeroPress World Championship with homemade "recipes" like this one: 17 grams of coffee (lightly roasted fresh harvest, washed with Sidamo's hearty roaster) , finely ground on paper filter Mahlkönig Tanzania, rinsed with hot water, water from Maridalsvannet (brought in glass bottles from my apartment in Oslo, Norway) reverse brewing method: heating Aeropress for 10 seconds, clean broth, plus some small things (nasty) and oil (delicious) stop squeezing before air comes out, wait for fines to settle and temp to cool i st, then pour, but come neighing the last part of the little thing (try it yourself! ) Cup: A clear drink with floral notes and a taste of sweet lemons. As you can see from the variety of winning recipes, there is no single best way to brew coffee with an Aeropress, only what works best for you. Give it a try – you might find your own brewing method!
