Ok, like every other guy ordering this unit for the 2018 WRX STI "this is my case", I got very frustrated after taking my OEM radio apart to then remove the tabs for understand alternating current. The vents don't match at all (see photo) but I give 5 because Iris (my customer service) was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Yes, I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy my new radio, but come on, @#% happens. Still waiting for my new frame/case, hopefully it will arrive soon along with my USB hub and TPMS system (yes I'm back and made another purchase despite the frame hiccup. I'll update along with that publish finished product Note: I feel like it all comes down to one thing in the end Customer Service Update: Well today is 11/25/18 and my adventure continues, I'm still waiting for the frame (even rigid, I don't need Eventually I'll buy AC vent 2015, I'm also waiting for new wiring and canbus (from Toyota) as my car is obviously special, this will get my reversing/backup camera working (hopefully) No Bueno. :0(
