Much better than stock. Love it

The main unit is amazing, the built in navigation runs on Android 8.0. much better than my stock stereo on my 2018 Forester. An error occurred while ordering the device. For example, the rear camera didn't work with the seat belt on, and the air vents didn't match the pretzel. But their customer service was quick to respond and sent me a new pendant and harness. Everything works fine now, but I can't make the frame perfect. But I'm pretty sure I just need to clean the wires and a bit so theyโ€ฆ

Bought for 2018 WRX

The head unit is beautiful and works very well. Does almost everything I need. I still can't get the rear camera to work. Just a yellow triangle. It's very good that this is my fault, but there aren't many instructions for each connection. In general I am very satisfied with the device and the customer service. Iris was very helpful. UPDATE 3/9/19 * Rear view camera is now working. Turns out it was my fault for not hooking everything up properly. Now everything is perfect. By far the bestโ€ฆ

The quality of Android suffers

Have used this radio less than a month. Now suddenly the home function doesn't work anymore. I have reset and preset functions on the steering wheel to no avail, also the home button on the radio and the screen itself do not work. The power, back and volume buttons work perfectly. To go home I have to press back and exit apps to return home. Also, the keyboard has completely stopped popping up. Now the whole block becomes unusable. It's a shame because I really enjoyed it.

Why 5 Starts might interest you?

Ok, like every other guy ordering this unit for the 2018 WRX STI "this is my case", I got very frustrated after taking my OEM radio apart to then remove the tabs for understand alternating current. The vents don't match at all (see photo) but I give 5 because Iris (my customer service) was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Yes, I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy my new radio, but come on, @#% happens. Still waiting for my new frame/case, hopefully it will arrive soon along withโ€ฆ

Installed on a 2017 WRX Premium

First of all I would like to say that after installing the head unit, it has almost everything I could wish for. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the installation and setup process wasn't as easy as it seemed, at least for the 17 WRX. Physical Installation: The tabs on the top were too thick. to fit the grooves in my car so i had to trim them with a dremel to get them to snap and fit snugly. The USB adapter for the car's built-in port didn't work, but I knew it wouldโ€ฆ
