It's easy enough that my dad could use it without any problems! The support team are super helpful too - they always respond quickly with clear instructions or answers I'm looking for when there isn't one yet available in our Help Center (which helps me feel better because we're not alone!). We've been using them since early 2017 but just recently integrated into Salesforce as well so now sales reps also get notified right away if someone tries calling us out of hours which has helped keep people from wasting time trying things over email/texting only to be told "no". Our customers love being able to call through an app rather than having no option at all other then sending emails via auto reply etc.
