I think that's one of those things to watch out for when reading reviews. There are a lot of idiots out there who don't know how to install things properly. - I saw one mention the terrible pressure of the water? Mine shoots pretty much the same as a faucet. I suspect they have bad pressure to begin with or he didn't set it properly due to some kind of blockage. Broken plastic photos are most likely people trying to make something that doesn't fit. It's plastic. It shouldn't be anything extra. Mine glides and flows perfectly. Now I can feel the difference in my coffee, not to mention I can see the difference in my ice cubes. I couldn't be happier with that; It's cheap, easy to install and great to have!
