This exceeded my expectations with quality materials and surprisingly heavy chrome on all the exposed metal parts. I've installed quite a few showerheads in my time and this one is the equal of anything I've installed from my local big box store. The packaging is rather unassuming, just a plain brown box, if that matters. My only caution is that if you're not comfortable installing this yourself, please call a handyman or plumber to do it. It's not at all difficult to install, but your old shower "gooseneck" pipe coming out of the wall may be more challenging to deal with and there's some potential to create a plumbing issue if that pipe is removed without a bit of finesse. In my case that connection was welded together with 30+ years of corrosion and was immoveable until being soaked several times with a penetrating oil. This comes with the required Teflon(TM) tape, be sure to wrap clockwise for a good seal.
