Review on 🚨 STINGER Super Duty Car Emergency Escape Tool: Hardened Carbon Steel Vehicle Safety Hammer with Spring-Loaded Window Breaker, Razor-Sharp Seat Belt Cutter - Fluorescent Green by Josh Cox

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Lightweight but powerful, instructions required

I was expecting the handle to be some sort of metal by color, but it's clearly plastic. As mentioned, the instructions are minimal, so get online and see how it works. One star for laziness on the part of the company. Since I'm not going to put my life into something untested, I wanted to see how it would work. I found a nice piece of 3/16 inch glass from an old outdoor fixture. Put it in a box and gave the tool a nudge from the spring-loaded top and the whole piece shattered. my car. Final remarks, I've read to cut the seat belt at an angle, not 90 degrees side to side. I don't have a spare seat belt to test, but it makes sense. To break a window, press the tool up, not down, so the glass falls under the arm, not on the arm.
