While I love the deal on this monitor, I am very nervous now that it will work with my three 32 inch monitors assembled is LG monitors weighing 13.6 pounds. Maximum height/weight for each arm must be 32 inches and 17.6 pounds. But on my 13.6 lb monitors, it looks like my arms are about to break. It all looks like it's about to break, which is why I can't use this stand after all. The assembly took some time and there is no support from the company. To make matters worse, Malwarebytes (malware detection program) detects malware on the manufacturer's side! He blocked access several times so I didn't go any further. I emailed the company's support email address listed on the cover of the manual, but they never responded. I had a question about adjusting the height of the arm extensions and finally got the answer on YouTube. The manufacturer had several videos of other hands (different models) that led me to the answer I needed. In general, the assembly takes some time, especially when using large monitors. It's hard to get everything at the right angle and strong enough to feel safe. Even before my review was posted I decided not to use this mount as the whole thing is tilted forward and looks like it could break any day. I don't want my monitors to fall off, so I give up. 3 stars maybe better if you have even lighter monitors than me.
