I have been using this printer for about a month and it works very well. This is probably the best small compact laser printer (my husband researched it to death). I had the previous 1020 model for about two years and never had any problems. Pros: It looks nice and round, it's compact so it fits in small spaces, there's never a pressure problem. It's easy too. The print quality is very good. Mostly ideal for students or as a home computer. Disadvantages: cartridges are expensive and which are not. The sides may curl a bit, but that's not a problem. The reason I think it's not as good as the previous model (1020?) is that the color (black/silver) is ugly and less fun than the previous model (hey design engineers, how about aesthetics or colors from?) and in general , plastic feels cheaper. It just seems less robust and well made. And also louder, which can result. Unfortunately, the 1020 is no longer on the market, so this is the next best option.
