Size issue. Become much more than you think. There is a size chart somewhere. I'm an employee, so I have weak, medium-sized hands for a man, and the medium-sized ones were too small. The seller was kind enough to send me a large pair, but the new pairs were different sizes. One fit perfectly, the other was too big. I really don't want to order another pair because I'm not sure what size would actually fit. However, they are great for surfing! Definitely more power when rowing. And I didn't want neoprene because of the bulk, so it's rubber, but even in the cool waters of the Canadian Pacific, they kept my hands warm enough.
