Cuts Great! To be honest I was afraid to review this item until I had it for a few months. So far I've cut 3/16 aluminum, 1/2 steel and more. Those two metals that I thought would surely kill him. However, it succeeded. Not the most perfect cut, but everything else cuts like a knife through butter. Both devices have an aspect ratio of 120/240. Even though he works at 120, you can't say he doesn't like it. I run mine at 220 @ 65psi and it cuts pretty much anything. worth your money. Hope it holds up over time!
