Review on ❄️ Snow Joe 2-in-1 Snow Broom with Foam Head and Large Ice Scraper, Blue - SJBLZD by Pedro Hague

I bought 2 of these: 1 for my truck and 1 for my wife's car. Works as advertised and works great (when it's in 1 piece). I've only used mine twice in light snow and it's already broken. The end of the scraper came off almost immediately (no big deal, I can glue it back on). When I finished cleaning my truck, the screw post in the head post was just spinning freely in the post. Again, not a big deal since I can fix it. The problem started today while I was dusting my truck, doing light passes in dry, loose snow and the black plastic in the head cracked and couldn't be repaired. My wife is persevering and I love how the product works. It seems lucky if yours breaks. EDIT: Revane gave me a replacement that looks better. Revain was also good at replacing this item at no extra cost so I'm embarrassed to complain but they shipped same day and delivery took almost a week. I will raise this to 3 stars for the updated design and decent service but it will stay there due to poor shipping.
