I had such high hopes for this tripod, even at this price point. It's very light, has extensions to make it taller, and if you're looking for a tripod for landscape viewing, this tripod is for you. If you want a portrait look, unfortunately this tripod cannot be hung as it cannot support the weight of today's mobile phones. I wanted to use it in my shop today and when I turned the phone over to get a portrait picture I had to put something under the phone to hold the tripod. I'd also like to point out that even with the leg extensions, he only sits about 10-12 inches (including the phone!)
