They are very flexible, and are always willing to work with you to ensure you are getting the best product for your business. I have been able to solve a lot of my problems with them. The customer service has been great, but they can sometimes get a bit pushy with their sales process. I think that is just a side effect of working with a larger business. I honestly think they are one of the best out there. I have not experienced any downsides to working with them. I am still working with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a software company. I am solving a lot of problems with them. I am able to easily add and remove products from my dashboard. I am also able to create reports and set up rules.
