I got this to replace a shower head that's been eaten by the city water supply. However, when I installed it, the head was against the rather low ceiling over my shower. You may not have this issue.Otherwise, it's nicely chrome-finished and assembles easily. I did notice that it has a tendency to leak, but only a drip and only when the tap is on while the cutoff on the handpiece is activated. In normal operation, it didn't leak at all. The hose is very flexible. The spray is quite powerful at all settings, including the "cleaning" setting. Rubber washers make the connections foolproof and there is no need for Teflon tape.The only drawback --from my perspective-- is that when you anchor the spray in the bracket, the angle of the water can't be directed more downward. This is just personal preference and I'm giving them the full five stars anyway.
