Review on ULTIMATELEAD by Pat Peoples

The thing I like best about UltimateLeads has to be their customer service team! They are very responsive in helping us get our questions answered quickly when we need it most - just as if they were sitting next me taking notes!! Their support staff goes above & beyond for each of my requests/inquiries with them throughout all phases of account setup / implementation within Salesforce (including onboarding). We've been using this product since July 2018 but have only recently started seeing some positive results from its use so far. My client's main goal was generating more qualified leads via data insights gained through better prospect engagement management techniques; however once implemented there wasn't much else required by myself or other colleagues involved at the time due to how intuitively simple it made things compared to existing systems used previously.
