This knife holder is exactly what I was hoping for! We don't have drawers that warrant a built-in organizer, and I'm not a big fan of traditional pads with their little books and nooks and crannies because you can't clean them efficiently. This is the perfect holder with fantastic aesthetics to store your knives without sacrificing safety and sanitization! I recommend it and would buy it a thousand times over! It was also well packaged, undamaged and with additional equipment. Gathered a good old screwdriver and some muscle strength. Shown alongside the KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus, plus a one liter jar for size reference. Knife on it (lr): 4" Paring, 8" Chef, 7" Santoku and 8" Bread.
