Does not resist sharpening and does not constantly sharpen.
I don't understand the rave reviews. Can't resist pencil points. Eventually it escalates normally, but only for a second or two. You can't put a pencil in a sharpener and it will be sharpened in 10-15 seconds. Instead, you plug in a pencil for a second and the sharpener sharpens for a second before stopping. Then you need to take the pencil out and put it back in to make the sharpener sharpen again for a second before stopping. And you repeat the process about 10 times before you have a well sharpened pencil.
