Original hose that came with my showerhead ended up rusting. I ordered a replacement hose, but turned out that it was shorter than the original. Having two dogs, shorter didn't work for us because it wouldn't be able to rinse them off completely because it wouldn't reach far enough. I ordered this hose and it is the absolute perfect length! Not only is it not too stiff that it twists up right away, but it's the perfect length when the handheld is up on the mount. Granted, our showerhead pipe is higher on the wall than normal so it's the perfect length for us where it doesn't get in the way of the spout or the controls, but not sure how it would fare with a lower pipe. Even with the higher pipe, I can lay the showerhead in the bottom of the tub which works perfectly for when I need both hands for scrubbing the tub.lot less up and down and trying to stretch the hose to reach the other end of the shower.
