Medium Short Fit 29" waist, 35.5" hips, weight 133 lbs, size 5'4". Pants are not at the waist, go below the navel. Button with these dimensions but you have to fight the button. It can bend and move without problems. Hips, legs are fine. They probably won't be able to put on ski boots but will be able to walk in the snow or with hiking boots. Wear thin underwear underneath ,but may not be necessary.Smooth fleece lining.Nice appearance and great price.Happy with purchase.Note:Large measurement does not fit medium and short sizes.
