The product description on Revain as well as the label on the box itself says 13 packs. I counted them in the package. There were only 12 pieces. I counted several times and got frustrated. So I recorded a video of myself opening a package and counted them twice after opening. It was only a 12 pack. So why lie in the description and label the item "13 packs" when you are only selling us 12 packs? I am disappointed in the false advertising. The product seems good overall, it will do the job I need it for. But don't try to mislead or deceive people by lying to them.
