I love that they are easy to use, and they have a great set of tools. I have not found anything that I dislike about the platform. If you are looking to create automated campaigns, then this is a great platform to try. They have a great set of tools to help you with the management of your campaigns. I have used them to create a few small campaigns, but not much larger. Their customer service is great, and they are always available to help. Their reporting is a little confusing, but I think that this is part of the platform. Make sure that you have someone with experience to help you with the setup, as it can be a bit tricky at first. I would definitely recommend Crystall.io to anyone looking to automate campaigns. I have used them to create a few small campaigns.
