Good equipment. Terrible UEFI and default voltage.

Good features. There are many professional reviews that will tell you this. The software isn't that good, which is what many people say. To tell my specific story, for some reason my X570-P wants to squeeze my R7 3700X to 1.5V at its base frequency of 3600MHz. AMD has stated that it is normal for voltage to get this high or even higher for tiny periods of time with Precision Boost Overdrive enabled, but to remain so for long periods of time at standard clock speeds. I was going to overclock manually anyway since I got the 3700X for multithreaded workloads that benefit from a fixed clock speed. But such overvoltage in the serial configuration is simply irresponsible; As of this writing, the latest UEFI provided by ASUS (released for download 11/26/2019, timestamp 11/19/2019) also doesn't fix anything. The BIOS is also low resolution and slow. to answer, but unfortunately using multiple AM4 boards and installing more goes without saying. With manual overclocking/voltage there is nothing particularly good or bad about this board. It runs stable, handles DDR4 3600 MHz perfectly and has a really good sound. Just check the factory voltage before declaring your build complete or you'll file an RMA pretty soon.
