Review on StarTech Com 1M Thunderbolt Cable Thunder by Andrew Grant

I bought the white version of this cable 2 years ago and it was an amazing cable. A few months ago, in September. I had to work fly to another state. On unpacking I realized that it's not mine. Can you believe that? Anyway, I soon bought a black cable (I thought it was good to have at least two on in case it happens again). First thing is I noticed that my MacBook wasn't always reading the interface correctly (Clarett 2Pre) I thought I just need to reinstall the driver or something, I did that and it seemed to me that the problem went away for a while. But it became more and more frequent. Unfortunately, my cable completely fell off today. The computer no longer recognizes that an interface is connected to it. It's like the cable isn't even there. ca. I love Sta rTech, I have another product from you. An adapter that often comes in a hitch. I never thought the problem was in the cable. In fact, I blamed the MacBook and Clarett even before I thought the cable was the problem! I mean it's a two month old cable; how could that be a problem? Needless to say I am disappointed. But I understand these things happen. StarTech still deserves my trust, but unfortunately I received a faulty cable. Now I have to find a new one as soon as possible.
