I bought this DVD-R because I need to create recovery media for my new laptop (which requires 6 discs). Everything goes fine initially, until I burned the 5th disc it accidentally stopped. I took the disc out and took a good look at it and noticed that there was a huge dead zone right where the burner had stopped working. At first I thought it was dirt or something, but it's actually impossible to wipe off. The dead zone isn't DIRT, it's damage to the disc itself. Out of curiosity, I also took out other blanks and looked at them closely. I also found some dead zones on multiple drives, although not as severe as the 5th drive. Either way bad quality. I was so mad because it wasted 5 discs (The burning process cannot be recovered and has to start over, meaning the discs I previously burned are garbage) and most importantly wasted so much time. I'll post a photo of this dead spot later.
