I read some reviews decided to drop the bad reviews Robinair apparently makes red vacuum pumps and blue vacuum pumps. red made in China blue USA. (I haven't checked if the blue one is made in the US) The 15800 I'm buying to replace my 30 year old Dayton vacuum pump never made it through its first day on the job. inside something fell apart and closed. Long story short I returned the red pump and bought a pump upgrade kit from Grainger and my 30 year old pump is running again. Your results may vary.
