When I'm cooking in the kitchen I feel like I've tried everything to get the highest quality cheese. Flat grater, box grater, mandolin. It was only after remembering the Olive Garden hand grater that I started looking for something that could grate cheese and make chips for my culinary needs in a similar way and I stumbled upon this product. this is the best solution ever. Like I've told my friends, it's so nice and smooth you'll FORGET you're grating cheese! You simply drop in a blocky piece of cheese and turn the knob, and before you know it you can have a whole bowl of cheese. And cleaning up afterwards is a breeze! I simply apply a damp paper towel with some soap to the inside of the main plastic element (it can be washed in the dishwasher though) and then rinse it out and put the rack in the dishwasher (although I've hand washed it too with no problems). Highly Recommended!
