Review on Vainu by Wagner Witlin

The most impressive part of vAinU for me was its quick response time, which helped us in providing support 24/7. This service has always been there when we needed them! Nothing really as I have not encountered any issues with this software so far. Sometimes it takes some minutes before you can see what exactly happened but that's just my personal preference maybe because i am using Mac OSX while working from office windows environment (I work mostly within web applications). It would be great if more features are added like integration with CRM tools or other third party services such as Salesforce etc.,. Support provided by vauNu during training days were very helpful to understand how things works internally.
